Parent Tax Transcript Reopening With Subsequent ISIRs - Resolved

With the recent change to the IRS policy to no longer reveal the full first name, last name, and Social Security Number on each Federal IRS Tax Return Transcript or Federal Wage and Income Transcript, CampusLogic recently released an update to StudentForms to remove the related ISIR fields from the document review that were previously required.


While the documents "Parent 1-20xx Federal IRS Tax Return Transcript Add Request", "Parent 1-20xx Federal Wage and Income Transcript", "Parent 2-20xx Federal IRS Tax Return Transcript Add Request", "Parent 2-20xx Federal Wage and Income Transcript", "Student's 20xx Federal IRS Tax Return Transcript Add Request", "Student's 20xx Federal Wage and Income Transcript", appear to be working correctly, the document "Parent 20xx Federal IRS Tax Return Transcript Add Request" is experiencing an issue due to custom conditions written into the document. The document has special conditions to review the latest ISIR and help school users determine which parent the tax transcript belongs to. This code is also causing the application to re-evaluate the document when a subsequent ISIR comes in and reopens the document for review.


We are currently working to resolve the issue and prevent the "Parent 20xx Federal IRS Tax Return Transcript Add Request" from reopening when a subsequent ISIR is loaded and expect to deploy an update as soon as possible.
