Original Post: CampusLogic has been made aware of an issue where events are not being posted from PlatformManager to CLConnect. We are looking into the issue and will provide more information once the cause has been identified.
The events are being stored by PlatformManager but no events have been posted since the evening of November 6th, 2019.
Thursday evening the services were restored and events are being reprocessed. Depending on the number of events queued for your institution it may take as much 24 hours to reprocess.
