Continuing students who have completed verification in one award year and are selected in a subsequent award year, will not see their new tasks until one of two actions occur:
1) The student logs into their account after the ISIR for the new award year has been imported
2) The school user creates the transaction manually after the ISIR for the new award year has been imported
Student Actionable Tasks VS School Actionable Task
In some instances a student who does not have any student actionable c codes and/or is not selected for verification in StudentForms may create an account in StudentForms. In most cases the student receives a message that they have no tasks to complete. Since the school uploads all of their ISIRs into StudentForms, any student who is able to confirm their identity and matches information to the ISIR is able to create an account.
Additionally, school users with FAO and Admin access have the ability to request transactions be opened for students. If the student does not have any student actionable c codes and/or is not selected for verification, the student's file automatically shows in the file review workflow with no documents and smart file review is blank.
The school user should review the ISIR to ensure the student is not selected for verification and does not have any student actionable c codes that require resolution. If there is no action to be taken on the student account, the school user may complete the file review to remove it from the workflow.
The student may only have school actionable c codes on their ISIR that require resolution but do not have tasks associated to them in StudentForms. Please follow your school policies to resolve these c codes.
