The student ID may need to be updated in StudentForms due to being entered incorrectly or a change to student ID.
For Single Sign On (SSO) schools, the student ID may only be updated prior to the student creating an account. After an account has been created, a FreshDesk ticket is needed to update the student ID.
Both SSO and DSO schools may update the student ID prior to account creation. To update the student ID prior to account creation, the school user selects the Edit button on the student's account page.
The school user enters the student ID into the student ID field. The School user must select the Savebutton to save the student ID changes. The Cancel button will not save the changes to the student ID and closes the edit option.
For Direct Sign On (DSO) schools, the student and school user both have the ability to change the student ID. Clicking on the options below redirects the user to PlatformManagement.
The student can change their ID on their profile page located in the Name drop down menu in the upper right corner of the page. Once the student is in their profile page in PlatformManagement, the steps to update the student ID are the same as the school user below.
The school user can change the ID in the view profile located on the student’s account page.
The below steps are the same for updating the student ID by both the student and school user. The user selects the Edit button to edit the Student ID.
