To request additional documentation for a student who has yet to create an account for StudentVerification, the school user will first need to open a transaction for the student. Opening a transaction can be done on the student's account page by selecting request transaction (verification/c codes), Request SAP or Request PJ. Next the school user will navigate to the file review tab for the student by selecting the transaction type from the drop down and select the request information button. Once the request information modal appears the school user will add the documents. The documents requested will appear as additional information tasks for the student to complete.
