A year to date ISIR file may be requested instead of uploading individual ISIR files for schools who may be implementing StudentForms in the middle of an aid year.


  • Log into FAA access. 
  • On the main menu screen click on ISIR Request


  • Enter the institution’s
    • TG Number
    • Federal School Code
    • School year request is for
  • Once all data has been entered click next



  • Review the information entered for accuracy and click on Create/Edit ISIR Request

 


  • Enter information into the following fields:
    • Request title should be "Year to Date File"
    • Transaction number should be set to "All"
    • Date type should be set to "Received Date"
    • Date range from should be the start date applications can be completed of the aid year i.e. 2018-2019 should be 10012017, 2019-2020 should be 10012018, 2020-2021 should be 10012019
    • Date range to should be current date (date request is being made)
    • Date to start execution should be left blank
  • Once all fields have been entered click Review Request



  • Review request criteria for accuracy prior to submitting the request.



  • If the request needs to be edited, select the Edit ISIR Request link
  • If the request is correct, select the Submit Request Now button
  • Once the request is submitted, a confirmation is received.  
  • The year to date file will be delivered through ED Connect normally within 1-2 business days.  
  • The ISIR file should have a message class of ISRF (Example ISRF19OP is 2018-2019 ISIR Data – Requested, ISRF20OP is 2019-2020 ISIR Data - Requested)
