If a document is rejected and the document is no longer required by the system the student will not receive a task to upload a new document.
This will happen when:
- The student completes the household form and a document is required (i.e. divorce decree) and submitted
- The student goes back into the household form and changes their answers and the required document is removed from the household form task.
In this case if the school rejects the document this does not cause the task to re-open on the student side due to the document is no longer required to complete the task and the upload step for the document has been removed from the task.
If the school requires the document to continue the file review, at this time the school would need to remove the document and then request the document through the request information button.
