The IP Reporting in the admin menu drop down allows the school administrator to monitor the IP addresses that StudentForms users are logging in from.  This can help detect fraud if a high number of students are logging in from the same IP address and it is not a known public IP address like a school computer lab.

The admin user may also use the IP reporting to check when a user has last logged in and if it was successful or unsuccessful.

Go to StudentForms>Admin>IP Reporting

Below is an overview of the features of the IP Reporting screen. There are two options:

By IP - Allows the school user to see the IP Address, Unique Users logging in at that IP address and view individual login information.

By User - Allows the school user to see individual users and if their login attempts are successful.

The default view is By IP

By IP Option

  1. Switches between By IP and By User views.
  2. The date range used for the report, defaults to the current day.  The dates may be changed by selecting the calendar buttons.
