Students may experience issue when using a mobile device if their browser is not supported by StudentForms. This may occur if the student is using the internet browser that comes pre-installed on their phone. The student will receive the following message if their browser is not supported.
The student can select the one of the links to download a browser that is supported by StudentForms. Downloads may vary depending on mobile device.
Additionally, a student may receive an error message or longer loading times when using mobile data instead of wi-fi connections. Have the student try uploading when they are connected to wi-fi.
