The admin role has the ability to navigate to the Data Settings page from their Profile Menu. This page is the home of customizations for your school’s data. Currently the only manageable data that you configure is the Cost of Attendance (CoA) of your school for each award year that is used in the insights for potential Pell distribution and year-over-year amounts. Please note that while your school may have different CoA for different programs, the Pell insight insights are estimated amounts based on the assumption that all student are attending full-time with full Pell. Your adjustments to the CoA should also be based on a specific amount for each award year.



You will need to make sure to Save any changes for them to take effect.
