There are a couple of situations where you may need to switch or add a document type image provided by the student. Here are two examples of when this situation may occur and how to resolve the issue.

Need to Swap Images Between Tasks

In this example, the student has uploaded the wrong files into the wrong tasks and now there is a need to move each document to the other task.

  • Open the Student View to display the task list
  • Click on the document hyperlink for the document(s) you need to switch
  • Within the review modal, right click and select “Save image as…”

  • Save the image onto your computer
  • If the transaction is not currently opened, you will need to open it – the recommended action to take is to reject the document(s) needing to be swapped
  • Back in the student view, use the trash can icon to remove the documents from the wrong task
  • Upload the correct documents saved from your computer
  • You can now review the documents under the correct document type

Need to Add a Document Type

In this example, the student has uploaded an additional document into the task and now there is a need to move that additional document into its own task.

  • Open the Student View to display the task list
  • Click on the document hyperlink for the document(s) you need to switch
  • Within the review modal, right click and select “Save image as…”

  • Save the image onto your computer
  • If the transaction is not currently opened, you will need to open it – the recommended action to take is to request additional information and select the document type(s) to create a task for the additional document(s)
  • Back in the student view, use the trash can icon to remove the additional document(s) from the prior task

  • Upload the correct documents saved from your computer into the newly created additional info task(s)
  • You can now review the documents under the correct document type
