AwardLetter Roles

  • Admin: This role has full access to all functionality. Typically assigned to an IT administrator or Director of Financial Aid/Enrollment
    • Import and download files
    • Manage testing settings
    • View/download/resend award letters and other communications sent to a student
  •  User: This role can manage award letters but not users. This role is usually assigned to staff in the office who direct the process. 
    • Import files
    • View/download/resend award letters and other communications sent to a student
  • Viewer: Can only view award letters. This role is typically assigned to counselors and help desk personnel
