CampusCommunicator Roles
- Admin: This role has full access to all functionality. Typically assigned to an IT administrator or Director of Financial Aid/Enrollment
- Import and download files
- Manage testing settings
- View/download/resend award letters and other communications sent to a student
- User: This role can manage award letters but not users. This role is usually assigned to staff in the office who direct the process.

- Viewer: Can only view award letters. This role is typically assigned to counselors and help desk personnel
