Minor fixes to student questions.

Fixes

• [SU-507] - Student Questions Clean Up
  • Fixed issues involving certain questions:
    • "What medical specialty do you plan to pursue as a career?" - fixed issue where error was being received when answering
    • "Where have you previously lived" - fixed issue where users get stuck re-answering this question in the matching process
    • Fixed issue where answering N/A to a question in a matching group would cause a scholarship to be counted as a Partial Match rather than going directly to Non-Match
    • Updated the address questions to show a Saved icon when selecting a city/school to verify the answer is saved
    • Updated the address questions to ensure only the selected country(ies) are saved
    • Updated numeric, integer, and date type questions to auto-save without leaving the field
