Introduction

The Applications tab gives user the ability to view any applications that have been completed or are in progress for that student.  This helps users monitor the progress of the Applications as the scholarships deadline approaches.

Status

• In Progress: Displays applications that the student started but has not completed.
  • The grid displays the Scholarships that the Application is associated with, the apply by date, the academic year and the Organization associated with the Application.
  • Since multiple Scholarships can be tied to an Application, the Apply By date displays the next upcoming Scholarship end date.
  • Clicking the + sign next to the Application will display all scholarships associated with the Application, the deadlines, available spots remaining, and the amount of the Scholarship.
  • All columns can be sorted or filtered.
• Submitted: Displays applications that the student completed.
  • The grid displays the Scholarships that the Application is associated with, the submission date, the academic year and the Organization associated with the Application.
  • Clicking the + sign next to the Application will display all scholarships associated with the Application, the deadlines, available spots remaining, and the amount of the Scholarship.
  • All columns can be sorted or filtered.
  • Click on the View (binoculars) icon to view the application
