Introduction

This report helps the Award Managers pull a detailed list of scholarship awards so that they can follow up as needed and invite students to award banquets.  This report can be requested by Administrators, Award Post Managers, and Award Managers.

  • In the Reports tab, choose the Award Detail Report.




Requesting the Report

  • The user will be presented a modal with the following filters when clicking the panel.    
    • View By: These buttons determine how the records are to be displayed
      • Award year: Records to be broken down by Award Year.
      • Term: Records to be broken down by Term.
    • Award Year - This required field which allows the user to filter the Awards by Award Years.
    • Cycles- This field allows the user to filter awards according to the Cycles selected.
    • Award Status- This field allows the user to filter awards according to the Award Status (Offered, Ready to Post, Posted).
    • Organizations- This optional field enables the user to select Organizations in which the scholarships are assigned to. When selecting an Organization, the user can only select Organizations that they have permission to.
    • Departments - This optional field enables the user to select Departments in which the scholarships are assigned to. When selecting an Department, the user can only select Departments that they have permission to.
    • Scholarships- This field allows the user filter Awards based on  specific scholarships.
    • Donors- This field allows the user to filter Awards by selecting the Donor(s) that is offering the funds.



  • Once all of the desired fields are completed, click the Submit button to generate the report to the users email address.


Reviewing the Report


  • The user will receive an email with a link to generate the report.  The report will open as a CSV file in Excel.
  • Report Columns:
    • Student First Name- Displays the student's first name.
    • Student Last Name- Displays the student's last name.
    • Scholarship- Displays the Scholarship from which the student was awarded funds.
    • Donor- Displays the Donor(s) that are associated with the Scholarship.
    • Award Year: Displays the Award year associated with that Scholarship.
    • Term(s): Displays the Term(s) that are associated with that Scholarship.  If Terms is the Term button is selected,  each record will be broken down into terms.
    • Award Amount- Displays the amount that the student was awarded.
    • Award Status- Displays the status (Offered, Ready to Post, Posted) that the award is in at the time the report was requested.
    • Awarded Date- Displays the date in which the funds were awarded to the student.
    • Posted Date-Displays the date in which the funds were posted to the student's account.
    • Accepted- If the scholarships required Acceptance, this column would indicated whether or not they completed the acceptance process (Yes/No).  If the scholarship did not require Acceptance, the user would see N/A in this field.
    • Thank You Received-  If the scholarships required a Thank You letter, this column would indicated whether or not they submitted the letter (Yes/No).  If the scholarship did not require a Thank You letter, the user would see N/A in this field.
    • Student Email- Displays the student's email on file.
    • Student Phone - Displays the student's phone number on file.
