Introduction

This report helps the Scholarship Administrator generate a file containing all thank you letters associated to the selected scholarship. Please note that all thank you letters will be batched together.  This report can be requested by Administrators and Thank You Coordinators only.

  • In the Reports tab, choose the Answer Usage.



Requesting the Report

  • The user will be presented a modal with the following filters when clicking the panel.
    • Award Year- This is a required drop down selection to show all Thank You Letters associated with the selected Award Year.
    • Organizations- This optional field enables the user to select Organizations in which the Thank You Letters are assigned to. When selecting an Organization, the user can only select Organizations that they have permission to.

    • Departments - This optional field enables the user to select Departments in which the Thank You Letters are assigned to. When selecting an Department, the user can only select Departments that they have permission to.

    • Scholarship- This required field enables the user to filter the Thank You Letters by the Scholarships in which they are assigned to.

    • Donor- This optional field enables the user to filter the Thank You Letters by the Donors that are assigned to the selected Scholarship.

      • Once a Donor is selected, the user will see a list of students that have submitted Thank You letters for the selected Scholarship.  The user can then select which student's Thank You Letters they wish to display in the report.

  • Once all of the desired fields are completed, click the Submit button to generate the report to the users email address.


Reviewing the Report


  • The user will receive an email with a link to generate the report.  The report will open in the default web browser.
  • Report: The report will vertically display all of the Thank You Letters for the students that were selected in the modal.
