May the fourth be with you! Brought to you from a galaxy far, far away... two new global transactions you can now manage within the application! The Cost of Attendance Appeal and Emergency Fund Application are now available.



Enhancements

  • [SV-3552] - Cost of Attendance Appeal
    • The Cost of Attendance appeal is a new global transaction to help students appeal for adjustments in their cost of attendance calculation for a given award year. Similar to the Satisfactory Academic Plan (SAP) transaction, institutions can utilize tracking groups, have the student complete a web form, provide optional supporting documentation (requirement managed by institution), and go through an approval file review. This transaction does not generate ISIR corrections, but has the same integration as the other global transactions.

  • [SV-3553] - Emergency Fund Application
    • The Emergency Fund Application is a new global transaction to help students additional emergency funding due to unforeseen events (we're currently living in those times). Similar to the new Cost of Attendance transaction, institutions can utilize tracking groups, have the student complete a web form, provide optional supporting documentation (requirement managed by institution), and go through an approval file review. This transaction does not generate ISIR corrections, but has the same integration as the other global transactions.
