This release contains a feature to automatically turn off availability from log outs/timeouts and additional content search while teaching training records.
- [SA-355] - Make Unavailable On Logout or Timeout
- The "Available for Live Chat" switch will automatically be turned off if an advisor logs out or reaches a session timeout. This controls whether or not the advisor is available for live chat with students, found in the Live Conversations tab. For manual log outs, the switch will typically be turned off within a couple of minutes. For users who reach a session timeout (i.e. walk away from their computer indefinitely), the switch may take up to 15 minutes to automatically switch off.
- [SA-394] - Adding Training Records As Alternative Phrases
- When teaching training workflow responses, if a user knows that there is a correlating question that fits the response, the user can now search additional content to add alternative phrasing to existing content. The user can select the "None of these are correct" option and click the Search Responses button. This will open the Search Content modal. From there the user can search questions and responses (similar to the Manage Content page) and open the Edit Question and Response modal without leaving the training workflow pages. If a user knows that there is not a correlating question that fits the response, the user should select the "None of these are correct" option and click the Add New Question button. When choosing this option, users will be redirected to the Add Question and Response modal to create new content.
