Release Notes

This release contains updates to reject code task logic and global task descriptions.

Enhancements

  • [SV-3783] - Update Task Conditions for Reject Codes
    • StudentForms has historically generated a majority of tasks based off Comment Codes or Reject Codes listed on a student's ISIR. When the student is also selected for verification by the Department of Education, StudentForms does not add a separate task for certain comment codes or reject codes due to the fact that verification documentation should clear the issue. In some instances, a school has made corrections to an ISIR during verification that results in one of these comment codes or reject codes on the subsequent ISIR. Additional logic has been added to these tasks to look for 1) the source of correction is school, 2) the comment code or reject code did not exist on the previous ISIR if the subsequent ISIR meets both of these conditions the task will be added for the student. For corrections that are not school generated, the transactions would follow the normal process for unexpected changes based on school settings. The following tasks have been enhanced to review for the source of correction and comment/reject codes on the previous ISIR:
      • Confirm Name (CC 080 - Reject N) (CC 082 - Reject 13)
