With the help of our Product Team, we've compiled a list of every available Event Notification ID for StudentForms, CampusCommunicator, ScholarshipUniverse, and VirtualAdvisor. The attached guide includes each event, a description of when the event is triggered in our system, and the data values associated with each event among other information. A breakdown of the columns in the guide is below:


  • Event - This is the unique Event Notification ID number.
  • Event Name - The name of the event.
  • Event Notification Series - The type of event whether it's transaction, user, or communication initiated. (see below)
  • Product - The CampusLogic product the event is associated with.
  • How It Is Triggered - An explanation of the various scenarios that occur in the associated CampusLogic product that triggers the event.
  • Property Name - The property name of the data values available with the event. This data is what's sent with the event through the integrations to CL Connect.
  • Display Name - The display name of the data values available with the event. These display names are what you see in CL Connect for these specific values.
  • Callback Exclusive - A "Yes" in this column indicates that a callback is needed by CL Connect to retrieve this data. This value is not part of the default JSON that gets sent when the event is first created.
  • Data Type - The data type of the value.
  • Example Data - An example of what the value looks like.
  • IsNullable - A "Yes" in this column indicates that this value can potentially be sent to CL Connect as NULL.
  • Can Be Empty String/Int - A "Yes" in this column indicates that the value can potentially be sent to CL Connect as an empty string or integer. 


A breakdown of the Event Notification Series is below:


  • Events 101 - 112 
    • Student Transaction Events - These events are specific to the different transactions (Verification, SAP, EFC, DO, Other Documents) in StudentForms. These events are created once an action occurs at the transaction level either by the system or a user.
  • Events 201 - 240 
    • User Activities Events - These events are created when a specific action is performed in the StudentForms application by a user. 
  • Events 301 - 349 
    • Communication Events - These events are created when a communication is sent from the StudentForms application. Communications have to be enabled through PlatformManagement. 
  • Events 401 - 407
    • Document Events - These events are created when a specific action is taken on document in the StudentForms application. 
  • Events 501 - 502
    • AwardLetter (CampusCommunicator) Events - These two events are created when letters are sent out to users through the CampusCommunicator application.
  • Events 701 - 708
    • ScholarshipUniverse Events - These events are created throughout the scholarship award process in the ScholarshipUniverse application. Please see a further explanation of these events in the SU Awards Flow article.
  • Events 801 - 802
    • StudentAdvisor Events - These events are created when an authenticated conversation begins and ends in the VirtualAdvisor product. Please see a further explanation of these events in the StudentAdvisor Events article.
