Introduction
The donor portal dashboard is the landing point for donor users logging into ScholarshipUniverse. This page is used to give high level insights as to the current status of scholarships associated to the donor. Each donor role will have access to the page, but different tiles and insights are available based on the user's role permissions.
Please note that the Dashboard is only available to donors if the Simiplified Donor Portal is disabled. This can be managed by Admin users in Settings > Basic, by disabling the "Display Simplified Donor Portal" setting. When disabled, this page will appear in the menu and will be the landing page when logging in. When enabled, this page will be hidden and donors will land on the Scholarships page when logging in.
Dashboard Data
The dashboard page hosts a variety of tiles that navigate users to a particular area of the donor portal. Depending on a user's role, some tiles and insights may not be visible.
Please note that under the Dashboard page title, an indicator will display the last time all of the data on the screen was updated. A user may manually refresh the data by clicking the Refresh icon - this can only be done once a minute.
The user can also filter by one Award Year at a time, determined by the drop down above the tiles.
The Dashboard contains the following tiles:

Managing Dashboard Display
At any time a user may manage the display of tiles and insight. Tiles may be reordered as well.
- Click on the Cog Icon to manage the display of dashboard items.
The Edit Dashboard modal allows users to view the tiles and insight they have permission to. Users can disable a tile or insight, or they can even reorder tiles by dragging and dropping them to change the order.
Switching Donor Groups
Some donors users may be associated to different Donors associated to the institution. If a donor user is found to be an active user to more than one Donor group, they have the ability to switch between the different Donor groups, essentially updating all of the information they are viewing on the page as well. Donor users can only view data from one Donor group at a time.
- A donor user may select to view a different Donor group's data by selecting a Donor group from the top banner near their profile name
Note: If a donor user is only associated to one Donor group, they will not see this drop down available.
