This release includes updates to untaxed/additional income global web forms and a fix when bulk expiring transactions.



Enhancements

  • [SV-4890] - Remove Reference to Student/Parent Household on Untaxed/Additional Income Web Forms
    • Our global web forms have been updated to remove references to include amounts received by other members of the student/parents household as these should not be included on the FAFSA.
      • Updates to Independent Untaxed Income and Benefits
        1. Renamed section from “Household Resources” to “Untaxed Income and Additional Financial Information”

        2. Updated the label “Please enter the total annual amount for each resource listed below for you and anyone in your household in {{prior-prior year}}. If the resource does not apply, enter a 0 (zero) for the value. Members of your household include:” to “Please enter the total annual amount for each resource below for you, and your spouse (if married) in {{prior-prior year}}. If the resource does not apply, enter a 0 (zero) for the value.”

        3. Removed the bulleted list

          • Yourself 

          • Your spouse, if you are married 

          • Your children, if any, if you will provide more than half of their support from July 1, 20XX, through June 30, 20XX, or if the child would be required to provide your information if they were completing a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for {{Award Year}}. Include children who meet either of these standards, even if they do not live with you. 

          • Other people if they now live with you and provide more than half of their support and will continue to provide more than half of their support through June 30, 20XX.

      • Updates to Student Additional Financial Information
        1. Renamed section from “Household Resources” to “Additional Financial Information”

If the resource does not apply, enter a 0 (zero) for the value. Please report your(the student) amount in the fields indicated for Student Total. The amount for your parent(s) should be reported in fields indicated for Parent(s) Total. If the resource does not apply, enter a 0 (zero) for the value.”

Fixes

  • [SV-4896] - Workflow Expiration Causing New Workflows of Same Type from Being Created
    • Fixed an issue where bulk expiring a workflow for a student disabled the institution from creating the same workflow for the student for the same year, even with a new tracking group identifier. Institutions can now correctly request the same type of workflow as expired for the student, within the same award year, under a separate tracking group.
