The FreshDesk support site is being migrated to the Ellucian Customer Center. The first phase of the

project is the conversion of FreshDesk support tickets to Ellucian Customer Center cases. Phase one will

completed as of February 25th, 2023.


  • All FreshDesk tickets are converted to the new system
  • Tickets are no longer created on the FreshDesk site
  • continues to be a valid email from email case creation
  • New CampusLogic cases can be created via the email above or the Ellucian Customer Center portal
  • If you have case access in FreshDesk, you will have case access in the Customer Center
